Sarah Wilkes is the Managing Director of Frazer-Nash Consultancy and a Vice President in KBR. Frazer-Nash a next generation consultancy that specialised in systems, engineering, and technology solutions. She joined Frazer-Nash after 17 years in leadership positions in Arcadis, a world-leading design, engineering, and consultancy solutions business for natural and built assets.

Sarah has an impressive track record in supporting organizational growth through business model innovation, sales, strategy development, people leadership and mergers and acquisitions. She has also been a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Sarah started her career as a project and programme manager working across the UK on regeneration programmes ranging from socio-economic initiatives to large scale complex infrastructure projects.  She joined Frazer-Nash at an exciting phase in its growth. The company’s people-centric approach and strong values resonate with her, and she spends her time working across the regional UK offices, colleagues within KBR, and customers in diverse industries to create safer, secure, sustainable, and affordable solutions.

Sarah lives in Staffordshire with her husband, two children and two cavalier King Charles spaniels and is a keen amateur baker and completed the 2024 London Marathon.
